TYJ editorial · Reflection
A busy day can make practice feel like another demand. There is the time you hoped to find, the routine you meant to keep and the version of yourself you thought you should become.
A more useful beginning is a question: what would make practice relevant to the day I actually have? It might be a moment to notice how you are sitting, an intentional break between tasks or a little time set aside to learn.
This is how TYJ understands everyday integration. The knowledge of yoga can inform how you care for yourself, use your attention and respond to the people around you. The relationship continues beyond a dedicated practice session.
Consistency can begin with a small, realistic commitment. Choose something you can return to without judging the days when life changes your plans. Observe what you learn, and let that inform your next step.
